NETWORKING: Outdoor Events checklist
Whether you are throwing an event or attending an outdoor event, here is a list of things to consider:
• Is sunscreen necessary?
• Is parking readily available?
• Are signs or balloons needed for parking and identifying the event?
• Is seating provided or should guests bring portable chairs or picnic blankets?
• Have an umbrellas handy for shade or inclement weather.
• Have plenty of water available.
• Will food be provided or should guests bring their own?
• Have a first aid kit available in case of incidents.
• Carry a jacket in case nightfall brings on a chill.
• Have a few games available for children to entertain themselves with.
