Here are a few tips that should give a more balanced and stress reduced work-life:
1. Get a good night's sleep.
2. Eat healthy. Be sure to get vitamin B and C.
3. Have a few healthy snacks in your drawer to even out your blood sugar levels.
4. Exercise releases endorphines, that make you feel happy. Exercise also gets you more focused.
5. Don't procrastinate.
6. Organize and prioritize. Chaoes hightens stress levels. You need to have an established routine, organizing is probably not "encoded in your genes".
