Use a day planner to budget your time
Organize your space regularly
Start and finish one major project at a time
Physically put things back after you use them
Combine similar activities, such as sending emails
Make to do lists by day, week, month
Visit your to do lists regularly and cross things off
Delegate tasks to spouses, children, friends, coworkers
Multitask on smaller projects and double your productivity
Take time to relax between tasks
Think about what you want to accomplish before doing it
