A pack slip is a document included with goods that are shipped.

The PS will show quantities and descriptions of what is included in the shipment

The PS never shows prices

The receiving company will check the PS against the goods received

Discrepancies between the pack slip and the goods received are sent back to the shipping company

PS should show company logo

PS quantities should match the invoice for the shipment
