When it's time to move forward with your strategic plan here are a few things to remember.

Nominate a team who will be in charge of implementing the plan

Hold regular meetings for updates in status
*
Create a project plan
*
Hold team accountable to deadlines
*
Communicate strategic plan to all employees
*
Look for ways to improve the implementation the next time
*
Make sure management supports the strategy
*
Make sure strategy stays on budget
*
Keep accurate records of successes and failures
