Remember the cruises usually embark during the mildest season for that region

Ask friends and family about their cruise ship experience

Find out what demographic you would be traveling with

Find out what amenities the ships offer and which ones are important to you

Remember the prices vary greatly based on where your room is located on the ship
*
Remember you will need your passport/visa even if your ship embarks from your native country
