TRAVEL: Travel Agencies checklist (printable)
When using travel agency for your next trip, here are some things to consider:
• Choose the right fit for you. Talk to several different agents and then decide as you would when choosing a doctor or attorney. Make sure they belong to ATSA.
• Can they help provide travel insurance, visa and passport applications help,
• Are they knowledgeable about foreign travel requirements including documents needed as well as immunizations and health records?
• Can the agent help make travel arrangements for your pet?
• One stop shopping can make your trip planning a breeze for those who do not have the time to shop around via the internet travel services.
• Travel agents are also extremely helpful when your trip does not go as planned. They are able to reorganize your itinerary with just one phone call.
