WELLNESS: Eating Less checklist (printable)
This is not a checklist for at diet, but a list that gives you some "food for thought" if you think your real problem simply is eating too much:
- See it as an ADDICTION
- Tackle it through will-power
- Realise that you have a choice and that it is about free will, essentially. About freedom and responsibility
- The problem is not your weight, but eating too much. If you think about it, the difference is crucial
- So: Take responsibility!
- Be careful not to "play a game" with yourself - find the real reasons for your eating
- Build self-esteem through making the right choices
- Take responsibility for yourself - not others
These tips are largely taken from a book by Gillian Riley called "Eating Less" (this is not sponsored).
