Having goals in life will keep you moving forward and give you something to work for.


* Set both long term and short term goals
* Plan a reward for yourself for reaching a goal
* Let others know about your goals
* Having realistic goals will keep you active
* Set goals for all aspects of your life and work
* Keep a list of past accomplishments you can look back on
* Write your goals down
* If you don't reach a goal, determine why and reset your goal
* Set yourself up for success with achievable goals
