* Often there are less quality controls and methods to formally complain
* Several companies are looking into including medical tourism with their health benefits in order to cut costs
* The wait time for procedures is considerably less
* Costs can be up to 1/10th of the procedure in the home country when traveling abroad
* Carefully research your options when considering medical tourism and look for recommendations
