How to start running:
1. Be aware of why you want to run - get your motivation right.
2. Arrange to run together with someone 2-3 times a week.
3. Start small. Walk for 5 minutes, run 2-3 minutes, walk 2-3 minutes, run 2-3 minutes etc.
4. Make it managable and comfortable. Be able to talk while you are running.
5. Increase the running time gradually, enabling you to run 5 kilometers without pausing after 2 months.
6. Choose soft surfaces, avoid concrete and asfalt.
7. Invest in good running shoes and sweat absorbing clothes.
